1. How long are the delivery times? Your products will be shipped within two days of ordering and then it will take two weeks to reach your door. Each product between 20 and 25 days an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

2. What is your return policy? Instead of returning items, please contact us for a full refund. Why? The returns are contrary to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So, tell us what went wrong, send a photo and we will refund you the money in full. If possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

3. Can I cancel my order? Cancellations are possible if you do not receive the package within the time specified for each product. Sometimes orders are shipped before we can process the cancellation. So, if you cancel your order but still receive the package, do one of three actions: recycle, donate or enjoy.

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item? If there is a problem with your order, if the size is wrong, the wrong color, defective or not exactly what you want, just notify us and we will give you a refund. You will not be asked to send the product back to us.

5. Do you offer exchanges? We do not offer exchanges. However, if for some reason you did not get the exact product you were looking for, let us know and we will get a new one.
